Refund policy

Returns and Withdrawal Policy

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless required by applicable law.

For customers covered by French consumer law, a legal withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days applies from the date the order is received, unless a legal exception applies.

To exercise this right, you must contact us in writing before the 14-day period expires, stating your order number, full name, and the item(s) concerned. Returning an item without first notifying us does not constitute a valid withdrawal request.

Returned items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, complete, and returned with all original tags, packaging, accessories, and protective materials. Items returned damaged, incomplete, used, worn, washed, soiled, or otherwise unsuitable for resale may be refused or may result in a reduced refund, as permitted by law.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels. The customer remains responsible for the parcel until we receive it, and we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

Unless required by law, we do not accept returns for personalized or made-to-order items, unsealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons, gift cards, items damaged after delivery, or any item clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Sale, discounted, clearance, or final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except where the legal right of withdrawal applies or in the case of a legally recognized defect.

Once the return has been received and inspected, any refund due will be issued to the original payment method within the legally required timeframe. Standard initial delivery costs will be refunded only where required by law. Additional delivery costs, such as express shipping, are not refundable.

Returns must be sent to the following address:

BGBC Bold House
104 rue du Faubourg Saint Antoine
75012 PARIS
France

This policy does not limit any statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.
